Biography

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to guide you on your fitness journey! Whether you are looking to implement healthy eating and fitness into your life for the first time or to step up your nutrition and fitness game to compete, I will be with you every step of the way!  I have a strong passion for the fitness, health and wellness industry. I was a ballet dancer for over 20 years and transitioned into the Fitness coaching world in 2009. I have competed in over 25 shows and I am in high hopes of achieving my Ifbb Pro card in the near future. I hold a Bachelors degree in Health Science with a concentration in Public Health and Health Education. I am an independent contractor for health designs as a Health educator, however my heart belongs to helping others achieve their fitness goals and helping educate others on the importance of proper nutrition,regardless of disabilities or dietary restrictions they may have.  I have worked with fitness competitors as well as lifestyle clients independently for over 10 years. I customize workout and nutrition programs as well as offer one on one personal training sessions and group classes. The greatest reward for me is to see my clients transform both physically and mentally, in hopes of changing their lives forever.
